Greenville Renaissance Scholars – $10,000 grant to assist in funding a high-quality enrichment summer program for middle school students throughout Washington County. Through the summer programming, students will be exposed to ACT prep, STEM activities, leadership development and arts-based programming.
Over 40 middle school students from Washington County are attending camp at TL Weston through the Greenville Renaissance Scholars. Scholars had the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with USDA Scientists from Stoneville this week, and are very busy preparing for the camp celebration to be held at E.E. Bass Cultural Arts Center on Friday, June 30th at 6:00 pm. The celebration is open to the community and all are encouraged to attend and support these incredible youth in our community!!!
